Opaque and semi-transparent pigment choices can very much impact how well you see your inclusions, please keep this in mind when when building your dice and if you are considering using solid or darker pigments. We will try our best to prevent this from happening but if an issue does arise we will reach out to you and try to resolve it as fast as we can.

When building your dice select whether you would like a liquid core or blanks from the drop down menu, then feel free to briefly specify how you wish it to look in the "Dice Pigments, Number Paints and Inclusions" text field. When selecting a Liquid Core you can choose whatever you want from a selection of our pigments and any of our inclusions. Due to the nature of our pigment pastes they are unable to mix with the liquid of the core, this means that only our powder and ink pigments are available for selection. If you do order a liquid core, we will reach out to you shortly after your order and you will be able to see the selection of pigments that are able to be used within it as well as providing us with any more details about your liquid core. When selecting Blanks you can choose from our entire catalogue of dice pigments and inclusions but you can also request for us to paint anything onto the blanks that you wish (keep in mind we are not painters so we will try our best to fulfill these designs to the best of our ability, but do not expect a masterpiece). As liquid cores and blanks can sometimes be very specific we will reach out to you via email for further details and clarification after your order has been purchased. Please note that if you do not respond to this email we will still fulfill your order with the details you have given us through the dice builder.

We understand that everyone has a specific image in their minds of what they want their custom set to look like. So if you have anything specific in mind or a small touch you'd like to include in the set please feel free to specify it in the "How do you want your dice to look?" text field.

As Clickity Clackity Cube is a small business, the range of time that it takes you to receive your order can vary. Shipping times are also effected by your location in the world and the postal services being used. Due to working full time as well as running this business on the side, the times that we are able to get to the post office are limited. Because of this our completed orders are sent out on Saturdays every week.

Unfortunately as these dice are hand made and personally customised we do not accept refund requests. Although, if you are displeased with your order feel free to reach out to us at clickityclackitycube@gmail.com.

Our pre-made sets are initially released as one of a kind. But if you want a pre-made set that is out of stock to return, then feel free to request it by clicking the "Bringeth them back" button on the product page and if we get enough requests we may bring that set back in a small batch. If you do request for a set to come back you will be notified as soon as the set returns to the store.

If you scroll to the bottom of our info page you will find a suggestion form. Feel free to fill it out and suggest anything to us, whether that be a change to the website, a new pigment or inclusion suggestion or even an idea for a new pre-made dice set.
